The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp or a phone call. We would much rather talk something through before you buy than have you end up with the wrong equipment.

What to tell us
You will get a more useful answer faster if you include a few details up front:
- For a product question — the product name, and what you intend to use it for.
- For a system or a quotation — the size of the room or venue, roughly how many people, what needs amplifying, and your budget range.
- For an existing order — your order number and the phone number you ordered with.
- For a fault — the order number, what the equipment is doing, and a short video or photograph if you can. A recording of the symptom often saves a trip.
Quotations for churches, schools and companies
A large share of what we sell goes to worship teams, schools and event companies working to a fixed budget and a procurement process. Send us the room, the requirement and the budget, and we will put together a written quotation or proforma invoice covering equipment and delivery, so it can go straight through your approvals.
Visiting us
You are welcome to come and try equipment before you buy — particularly worth doing for an instrument. Message or call ahead and we will have what you are interested in set up and ready so the trip is worth it.
When we reply
WhatsApp messages and calls are answered during shop hours, and usually within minutes rather than hours. Emails are answered within one working day. Messages that arrive late in the evening, on a Sunday or on a public holiday are picked up the next working morning.
If something is urgent — an event tomorrow, a system that has failed before a service — say so in the first line of your message. We will prioritise it over a general enquiry.
Warranty claims and faults
If equipment you bought from us develops a fault, contact us directly rather than going to the manufacturer yourself. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty we handle the correspondence with the manufacturer or distributor on your behalf, which is usually faster than an individual claim and avoids the item being turned away on a technicality.
Send the order number, a description of what the equipment is doing, and a short video or photograph of the symptom where you can. Intermittent faults in particular are far easier to diagnose from ten seconds of video than from a description.
The full detail of what warranties cover, and what they do not, is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Something we do not stock
If you cannot find what you are looking for on the site, ask anyway. The catalogue here is what we hold, not the limit of what we can source — a good deal of what we sell is brought in specifically for a customer who asked.
Tell us the make and model, or just describe what it has to do, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it, roughly what it would cost and how long it would take. If it is not something we can supply well, we will say that too.
Feedback and complaints
If something has gone wrong — a delivery that did not arrive when we said, advice that turned out to be wrong, equipment that has not lived up to what we told you — tell us directly. Most problems are fixed in a single phone call, and we would far rather hear about it than have you write us off quietly.
Where we have got something wrong, we will say so and put it right. Where we cannot resolve something between us, the Terms of Service set out what happens next.
A note on safety
We will never ask you for your M-Pesa PIN, a card number or a password — not by message, not by phone, not ever. If anyone claiming to be from City Music Hub asks you for one, it is not us. Hang up and call us on the number published on this page.
